So much of what we wear is a reflection of who we are, and sometimes who we are gets lost during our life. Being a super mom, dealing with the daily grind of corporate life, and battling the patriarchy can not only affect our mental and physical health but also wreak havoc on our wardrobes.
As your personal stylist, my goal is to help you discover and/or reclaim your style. Not long ago, I was in my own wardrobe rut. The pandemic took its toll on my livelihood, and that was reflected in my wardrobe and style. I was stuck in leggings, hoodies, and flannels. There is nothing wrong with that but 348 days of the year… I needed a change. I conducted a style audit on my closet, tossed anything I didn’t love (or had a practical purpose), and did what we all do when we need a some inspo, headed on over to Pinterest, and assembled my style advisory board, and the best part, I had fun!

Your entire day can be transformed by a simple change in what you wear and taking the time to create a look you love. And it doesn’t have to be big changes or break the bank. There are small steps you can take, as simple as dressing with intention. How do you want to feel? What message do you want to convey?
It all starts with establishing your personal style, the foundation of your wardrobe. I know you may have a voice in your head saying, "Is it too late to be establishing a style? Why bother? Shouldn't I already know what my style is?" Listen, if Grandma Moses can start painting at 87, you can create or change your style at whatever age you please.

Can you imagine waking up on a Monday morning and feeling excited? I know. I can’t either but that’s why I’m here. I want you to go back in time when you went back to school shopping; you had all your outfits arranged the night before, or perhaps you weren't a control freak like me and chose your outfit in the morning, but nevertheless, you were excited to wear your new Esprit camp shirt and Guess jeans for the first time. You walked into middle school like a BOSS and knew you looked too cute for school.
Like most people, my personal style has evolved over time. Thank God. If you feel like yours hasn’t, or you are stuck in a rut, let’s chat!
